We're often asked whether we can assist residential and individual telecommunications customers with their complaints.
We're not able to assist directly but we can certainly point you in the right direction! In fact TUANZ was instrumental in setting up the free Telecommunications Disputes Resolution Service to assist.
We hope you find these contacts useful.
What is the TDR?
The TDR, Telecommunication Dispute Resolution, is a free, independent service to help residential and small business customers to resolve disputes with their telecommunications company.
