She is also a past NZ Cricket representative for the White Ferns and currently a Director of NZ Cricket. \n \nRob McDonnell is the Head of Digital Enterprise at Air New Zealand\, and has over 20 years of IT and Telecommunications industry experience \n  \n  \n \nMarija Potter is a Registered Industrial-Organisational Psychologist and a Senior Managing Consultant in IBMs Talent Management Solutions Team.
