Each month The Commerce Commission release updated mobile and broadband rankings which measure the customer service of Aotearoa’s major telco providers.

The rankings – based on feedback from approximately 2,400 residential consumers – highlight customer satisfaction in responsiveness, staff knowledge, the volume of customer issues and overall service quality.
