Craig Young

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

I’ve been the Chief Executive of TUANZ since October 2014. I am passionate about advocating for the innovative development of the use of technology and communications within our members and across Aotearoa. I’m fiercely protective of our independence in TUANZs role as the user’s voice. Prior to joining TUANZ, I had over twenty years in the ICT sector, with the last ten years before taking on this role in a number of organisations within the telecommunications industry. I’m a big sci-fi nerd which is probably why I love working in the space of digital technology and communications.

Nicci Flynn

OPERATIONS MANAGER

As Operations Manager at TUANZ, I oversee the organisation’s behind-the-scenes operations—from membership management to events—ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I bring a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, business administration, technology and communications, with experience spanning the corporate sector as well as local, regional and national government. Outside of work, I enjoy long walks, reading, gardening, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

Ruth Turner

FINANCE MANAGER

I manage the monthly accounting and annual reporting processes for TUANZ. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Taxation. My experience is wide and varied. I have found working in the not-for-profit sector and service-based industries to be most rewarding. Now that my family is grown, I am re-discovering the great outdoors and hobbies with a personal focus on health and wellbeing.

Jaishree Bhikha

FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

My role involves looking after all finance administration. My work experience in both Finance and Administration spans over 20 years in various industries as well as having owned two businesses. In my spare time you will either find me on the side-line of a hockey field watching my son play or curled up on the couch watching a good Netflix series.

Daria Muzheva

MEMBERSHIP ADVISOR

I support TUANZ members while managing our digital presence, including the website and social media channels. With a background in business support and marketing, I enjoy making things easier for people and finding better ways of doing things. When I’m not at work, I love spending time outdoors hiking, camping, swimming, and travelling. On rainy days, you’ll usually find me reading or experimenting with 3D printing, a new hobby of mine.
