Mass market acceptance of digital tech is ever-increasing and in 2018 we will see significant increase in the importance of how consumers directly interact with technology.

Ericsson ConsumerLab has more than 20 years experience of studying people’s behaviours and values, including the way they act and think about ITC&T products and services.  In this event, Adres Torres from Ericsson ANZ will share their insights to the top 10 trends impacting consumers and their use of tech in 2018.

Andres Torres is the Head of Marketing, Australia and New Zealand, Ericsson.  He is based in Melbourne and has more than 15 years of experience in the ICT industry from strategic marketing to technical customer support. Having worked with the Ericsson services organisation for several years, Andres has participated in numerous telecommunications projects in four continents, adding unique skills to his technical, customer and cultural experiences.
