Come along to learn some practical tips on how to ‘unplug’ from your work life and have a relaxing break over the Christmas period!
We are thrilled to have Jen Young from Intentional Generations along to talk to us about mindful use of technology and how this is especially important around this busy time of year!
Jen is a coach, facilitator, workplace wellbeing educator and writer who has a focus on supporting people to make change and impact, reach their potential and build resilience… without burning out.
We will give you the opportunity to reflect on 2019, set some goals for 2020, and meet some new people who may be able to help you achieve the professional goals you have for the new year!
Plus we’ll also play some games and have drinks and nibbles to celebrate the Christmas season!
