Have you ever gone into a review or negotiation with an outcome you wanted and then not been confident enough to carry through on your good intentions?
We all want to be confident and authentic in these situations which are basically negotiations about our worth.
To help you understand that we all go through this, and to give you some useful tips and ways to approach these situations we’ve asked Ian Scott (Randstad Technology) to share their own stories as well as practical tips and advice. Ian will present the event in Auckland with other centres joining in for his presentation.
