As part of the changes to the Telecommunications Act passed in 2018, there were several of significance at the retail level of the market around service quality, fibre services and the withdrawal of copper. We’re fortunate to have the Commerce Commission’s lead in these areas, Ben Oakley, to present and take questions on the work that the Commission has done to date and their plans going forward. Simon Thomson , the Head of Telecommunications Regulation at the Commission will introduce the event and give a heads up on the full telco work programme.
